Westgate Tunica Resort, Robinsonville

My stay at this resort was incredibly disappointing. The location had potential, but the outdated rooms were a major letdown. I encountered bugs and dirty floors, and the amenities left much to be desired. Overall, the lack of maintenance and poor service ruined what should have been a relaxing getaway.

Staying at this resort was a true disappointment. The rooms were outdated and not clean, giving off an eerie vibe. We also encountered many issues, such as a broken pool and unresponsive customer service. On the upside, I appreciated that I was offered an extra week to use at a different resort. However, my overall experience was not worth the hassle and certainly leaves a lot to be desired.
